Boris Berlin

An iconic figure on the global design stage and an industrial designer for over 35 years, Boris Berlin has been known to push conventional boundaries through his use of innovative materials. Berlin has a deep-rooted belief in solving sustainability challenges through design.

Berlin studied at the Higher School of Art and Industry in Russia. His work is featured in museums worldwide, including the Museum of Modern Art in New York. He is a recipient of several design awards, including the Danish Design Award, and was awarded the Thorvald Bindesbøll Medal by the Royal Danish Academy of Fine Arts.

Thomas Bentzen

Bentzen has worked with many materials to create steel tables, wooden chairs, textile cushions, porcelain mugs, etc. KIN represents a new foray into the world of travel, a challenge that spoke to Thomas's eagerness to create beautiful, functional products made to last.

Bentzen has spent his career creating innovative designs for leading brands worldwide, including the legendary audio brand Bang & Olufsen and the innovative furniture brand Muuto. Since 2010, Thomas has had his industrial design studio, where he continues to explore the form and function of materials and design.
